Dear Suzan: Get your boyfriend to work out WITH YOU for 45 minutes a day for 5-6 days a week and later maybe after 6-8 weeks do less aerobics and start lifting weights resting the used muscle group by not exercising to fatigue the same muscle groups on consecutive days. He’s got a good body…it would look fine if he just used his body…keep him wearing his jock strap because it is associated with fitness. Best wishes, fitmale
